Comes from an immaculately clean nonsmoking home. Quality ranges between good and very good.

Blue cloth boards and spines with gilt lettering look quite nice. We fanned through each volume.

Pages inside are clear and clean. No writing other than paste-down in front (volume one only) and a name in front (volume nine only).

Binding inspection reveal no loose pages. Some wobble, some do not. Volume seven is particularly loose. Detailed photos of one volume indicate quality of all ten books.

Packed with photos, illustrations, and maps. Books are approx 11" x 8.5" and consume 12.5 of shelf space at nearly 40 pounds.

Includes a photocopy of the original letter that went out with the set, indicating how much the federal government spent on capturing the war on film. Interesting written paper (last pic). Grant III (General's grandson) signed one of the volumes.
