I have here for sale a superbly illustrated book entitled THE ILLUSTRATED LONDON NEWS Volume XLIV covering January to July 1864. The massive fold out frontispiece of BIRD'S EYE VIEW OF GLASGOW is loosely inserted. Bound in there are two double page colour illustrations entitled: Bird's Nest, and The Pet.

Pages iv, 628 - complete, no regular pages are missing. Very good condition indeed, quarter bound in brown leather on marbled hardboards with wear.

Five gilt lines on the spine and lettering in gilt. Both boards are firmly attached and no pages loose or missing. 41 cm x 29 cm. We wrap and post the parcels on Monday and Tuesday - therefore if you pay before midday on Tuesday we will get it in the postal sacks on Tuesday night, and if it is after that time then it will go into the postal service on the following Monday.
