1899 Confederate Military History 12 Volume Set Maps Photo Illustrated CIVIL War

  
Original First Edition Complete 12 Volume Set from 1899. Photos, Illustrations, and several fold out maps. I don't know how many maps there are supposed to be. If there are any not shown and you wish to confirm, please ask and I will look. I did not see any obviously removed maps or pages.

Obviously someone got over enthusiastic with taping these up. There is considerable wear to to the outer and inner covers, but the rest of the book (pages) are in good condition except the one map I show with a tear. There is a note on one page where someone underlined the 18th brigade and wrote their uncle's name and then in the front of another is written in pencil, Samuel McC...... It is written as if it is the book owner's name, but, of course, someone else may have just written it there. These sell for more than this price, but I wasn't sure where to price these due to condition.

I have "make offer" available and the longer it sits, the less I will take.
