For sale is an 1858 pre Civil War Era Holy bible with full leather Wallet Style cover It is in excellent binding condition. Pocket sized Wallet Bibles like this were often carried by Civil war Soldiers. Ancestry Name Julius Trouslot recorded inside. Dimensions 5.5" x 3.5".

Both hinges where covers meet the spine are in excellent condition: Very well connected without any loss. The leather is still supple and flexible. Please check all photos for detailed condition.
