There is 1 detached blank page at the front of the book. The front cover is detaching from the spine about 2 from top down.

The binding cord is loose and detached on one side. The cover shows wear and some fraying on the edges/corners. There are some tears on the title and main page edges about the first 6 pages. There is some foxing and discoloration to the pages. This is an old book with great historical information regarding the conspiracy surrounding the American Civil War.
