New York--Hardcover book with gilt imprint on the spine--274 pages plus a number of pages following that which advertise additional titles offered by the publisher. Surprisingly very good condition for a book already 146 years old--moderate wear at top and bottom of spine, binding secure, pages intact and no markings, Mylar type protective cover. The book has some very interesting provenance of ownership--the apparent original owner was Henry C. His name and address of his summer home at Wynnewood, Montgomery County, Pa are stamped at the top of the title page. The book was later owned by Pete W.
