There is a bookplate from the books' original owner, John Humphrey of North Berwick Maine. The book subsequently became property of the D. Hurd Public Library in North Berwick - (another book plate). Binding is intact without any missing pages. The first several pages of the book should be handled with care as to not cause any damage when turning the pages.

The illustrations are graphic and remarkable. Most illustrations fill the entire page, and face inward towards the binding. Please examine the photos closely. I focus on repeat customers and try to ensure all are happy.
