1827 New Testament printed in Boston by F. This is the only Testament/Bible in Hills Index showing a David Hills stereotype edition. Some printings did not make it to the Hills catalog, but David Hill's stereotype editions seem to be quite rare. This is the first one that I have come across in many years of collecting. Original leather binding worn, spine especially dry.
Front hinge splitting at top. Nice marbled endsheets that I would not have expected on an American New Testament from this time period. Some foxing and spots in places. Measures a little over 8.5" x 5.5" and a little over 1.5 thick. Please review pictures for a better idea of the condition. Check out my other book and Bible listings!
