Antique Large 1848 Pre Civil War HOLY BIBLE Leather New York Bible Society

  

For sale is a large 1848 full leather cover antique HOLY BIBLE in excellent binding condition. It was printed in the year 1848 by The American Bible Society in New York. The Copy is very large and heavy measures 12" by 9.5" for the cover size, roughly 3 thick, weighing about 9.1 lbs by itself.

The Bible is in good condition. The front and back cover are both full leather and in good shape The binding and leather cover is tight.
