Directory in used condition, with signs of age, use, and storage related wear. Durable hardcovers (attached by likely prior repair) show once colorful paper ads on top of dark blue leatherette-like material and are time darkened, along with nicks, rubbing, soiling and worn edges. Dark blue leatherette spine present but. Cocked with major chips and strips missing, exposing thick blank lining paper.

Open book does not stand on its own without propping. The textblock, while now a light shade of tan, remains in very. Good condition--slight corner page stain on a few pages at the end--almost no foxing and if there are page rips please assume they must. E very few as with pen/pencil markings as I noticed none.
