Van Evrie, Horton & Co. Antique, immediate post US Civil War era history in good condition. Hardcover book shows rubbing and tatter to the cloth at the outer edges of the binding and the covers show some waviness and vague soiling from very dampening.

Interior is overall clean with foxing throughout on bright and sturdy pages with pencil notations on the endpapers. Book's binding is tight and well intact and the book i complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book has a slightly musty odor. Book totals 384 pages, measures approximately 6 3/4 x 4 7/8 x 1 1/8 inches and weighs about 3/4 of a pound.
