Antique Civil War History Book Pilgrimage to US Grant's Tomb Military Army 1900

  

An Account of the Pilgrimage to The Tomb of General Grant by CAPCaspar W. Stated Privately Printed for the Pilgrims, at the De Vinne Press, New York 1900. Very rare, nearly a century and a quarter old book in overall all very good to near fine condition.

Hardcover, blue paper covered exterior shows embossed gold gilded text and design to the front cover and spine. Exterior is very clean with only minimal shelf wear like minor rubs to the upper and lower spine caps.

Interior of the book is very clean, and pages are each one sided and uncut at their upper page edges. Book's binding is tight and well intact with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book is illustrated at the frontispiece and title page. Book totals 29 pages, measures approximately 8 1/4 x 5 7/8 x 3/8 inches and weighs about 1/2 of a pound.
