Light abrasions upper hinge extremity starting. This is a civil war era personal family album. The album is dated 1862 but the pictures are not dated and are inserted into the thick cardstock.

I didn't check the reverse of all the pictures but m ost states a photography firm in Providence Rhodes Island : Manchester Bros.
