Deluxe collector's edition, bound in the elaborate Easton Press style: full leather, with elaborate gilt designs on the front, back and spines (including crossed swords not in the later edition), silk moire endpapers, ribbon bookmarks, page edges gilt.

Full color illustrated maps at the front of each volume, small vignette black and white illustrations and maps in each volume. All three volumes in fine condition, bindings are very tight as if never read.
